Chairman of Bossier Charter Commission resigns, body seeks to ‘move forward’

Preston Friedley, the chairman and a member of the Bossier City Charter Review Commission, has resigned from both positions with the commission. In a statement provided to assistant City attorney Richard Ray, Friedley said, "After much prayer and thought and discussion with my family, I feel it will be in the best interest of Bossier City if I step down as Chairman and resign from my position as a member of the Bossier City Charter Review Commission."
