Heat Advisory in effect through Tuesday evening in Bossier City: 'Feels like temps' near 110 degrees
The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for the Bossier Parish area until Tuesday evening. "High humidity, combined with afternoon temperatures ranging from the mid-90s to near 100 degrees, will result in heat index values between 105 to 109 degrees," the weather agency said.
