BCPD suspects murder-suicide near ART scenic overlook
Bossier City Police Department patrol officers were dispatched to the Arthur Ray Teague Parkway near a scenic overlook after receiving a 911 hang-up call at approximately 9:20 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8.
