Bossier City Charter Commission: Who voted for term limits, who voted against

An attempt to establish local term limits for Bossier City leadership led to a full-fledged review of the City's Charter, the governing document — or "constitution." Last night, the Bossier City Charter Commission met to discuss items remaining to be decided.  It was a three-hour-plus meeting of mostly municipal minutia.
