Bossier City Council gives final approval to liquor sales on Sundays

Soon, residents won't have to cross the bridge into Shreveport to get a full assortment of liquor. High-alcoholic content liquor sales on Sundays in Bossier City were approved at Tuesday's meeting of the city council. Vince Maggio cast the lone dissenting vote. But there was more on the council’s agenda than just liquor sales.
