Bossier City Council: Carriageway near completion, salary study still pending
The Walter O. Bigby Carriageway is 94% complete, according to a report given by city engineer Ben Rauschenbach to the Bossier City Council Tuesday. Curb improvements made during the construction led to a discussion regarding access to a local business.
